A stunning tower, with 360° views of the nearby valley and UNESCO World Heritage forest, this is a little piece of heaven on earth!
The tower is part of a resort which has a village-like atmosphere. The buildings have been sensitively restored and new additions have been built in the traditional Umbrian style.
Laid out over 3 floors, the interior of the modern house has been beautifully decorated in a contemporary style and can sleep up to 6 people. The airy, top-floor sitting room has two comfortable sofas, a leather armchair and a traditional style open fireplace. There are double French windows which lead out onto a private roof terrace. The terrace has a dining table and 6 chairs so that guests can dine al fresco. There is a further, larger roof terrace with sun loungers, where guests can sunbathe in private or enjoy the picturesque views.
The immaculate, new fitted kitchen, with terracotta tiled floors and a large dining table, is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.
The three bedrooms are peaceful and tastefully decorated with fresh cotton, natural colours and contemporary furniture.
The outdoor space has been arranged with as much care as the interiors. There is a large shared swimming pool and other activities in the garden for more active guests.

Bedroom 1: On the ground floor, with doors out onto the garden, this charming bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This second-floor bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, plus its own private balcony with 2 chairs.
Bedroom 3: Another spacious bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.

Bathroom 1: Just outside the second bedroom, this bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2: En suite to the third bedroom, this bathroom has its own jacuzzi, a bath with a shower, bidet, basin and WC.
There is also a laundry facility with a washing machine.

Location
The tower’s location allows guests to explore the gems of Umbria as well as cross over into Lazio to enjoy the picturesque city of Orvieto. Set in the fabulous countryside, but only 3km from the nearest town of Ficulle, guests can go hiking in the forest or explore Ficulle’s narrow medieval streets. Close by guests can find the Castello della Sala, a 13th-century castle which is now a winery.
The hilltop city of Orvieto, which is famous for its white wine and stunning cathedral, is only 30 minutes away. It is the perfect day trip. Go on a market day (Thursday and Saturday) to experience the bustle of the local farmers coming into town to sell their produce, and pick up some of the best regional ingredients to use at home.
The capital of Umbria, Perugia is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. It is well worth a visit, as is the famous town of Assisi (1 hour and 30 minutes) birthplace of St Francis and a site of pilgrimage.
The closest airport is in Perugia (1hour and 16 minute drive)
