This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - ALL DOGS MUST BE APPROVED FIRST BEFORE BOOKING - No smoking in the house - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 9pm-9am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - Respect the neighbors - No Fireworks
