➤Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Sound will travel through the walls if too loud. Out of respect for our neighbors who are long term residents, any violation of noise will result in a R$500 fine and guests may be asked to leave the premise and the remainder of the reservation forfeited. ➤This is a family building. No parties or events are allowed. ➤Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules: ● No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 10 kilos ● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided) ● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated ● No cats allowed ➤Guest must provide us with a valid phone number and send, before check-in, a photo ID of all guests on the resrvation as well as a photo of the vehicle's details and license plate, for registration at the condominium. ➤If a garage remote or key tag is accidentally taken, there is a replacement charge of R$350 ➤No smoking or use of fire is permitted in the rental; the guest acknowledges that no smoking includes the use of vape pens and marijuana, and use of fire includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a R$500 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. ➤Visitor are not allowed. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, and a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund and a fine of R$300 per person over the occupancy limit per day. ➤Late check-out fee of R$250 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this; we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them. ➤Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in) ➤ After using the pool, all guests must be dry before entering the apartment and using / sitting any of the furniture (beds, chairs, sofas etc). Damage to any furniture due to water will be charged back to the guest ➤Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. ➤If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.
