This one-bedroom apartment of ours is located in the calm neighborhood of "Tampella" right next to the downtown of Tampere. A walk from the apartment to the all best restaurants and shopping centers of the city is only 10 minutes. The apartment has a private sauna and a glassed balcony for you to use. There is also a parking hall in the building that you can use to park your car in (chargeable).
The apartment itself is a 53,5m2 big one-bedroom apartment with balcony and a private sauna in the bathroom. There is a 160cm wide queen bed in the bedroom. In the living room there is a bed sofa (140cm wide sleeping space), one double bed (140cm wide) and a dining table with chairs for 4 people. The kitchen is an open-concept kitchen. There is also a private sauna and a washing machine for you to use in the apartment bathroom.
Our guests have the whole apartment for themselves to use. There is also a building owned courtyard with children playground on it that our guests can use.

The apartment is located in the calm neighborhood of "Tampella" right next to the downtown Tampere and the Lake Näsijärvi. From the building it is only 5-minutes walk to the Lake Näsijärvi and 10-minutes walk to the very center of Tampere downtown. The closest grocery store is in the next building. There is also the famous "Siipiweikot" wings restaurant in the neighborhood.
You can easily get around by walking in Tampere downtown from this apartment. If you arrive with your own car, you can park it in the building parking hall (chargeable) or in front of the building along the street. There is also a bus line that goes from the front of the building.
The apartment is located in a residential building. This means that there is a house silence from 10PM (22:00) until 8AM (8:00) each day. No music can be played in the apartment or neighbors disturbed in any other way during the house silence. Hosting parties is not allowed in this apartment.
Free parking for one car in the building parking hall.
