Cosy flat for 4 people located on the ground floor of one of the 2 farmhouses in the village, we are in the heart of Tuscany, in the beautiful Chianti countryside, a short distance from Florence, Pisa and Siena.
Set in large, well-kept grounds with a shared swimming pool, this two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is the perfect holiday retreat. The two farmhouses in the village have been divided into 9 apartments.
The ground floor apartment is rustic in style with terracotta floors and wooden beams. It is cosy and functional, comprising a kitchen with dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 gas hobs, an electric oven, a coffee machine, a fridge with freezer and an electric kettle. The sleeping area is accessed by descending 4 steps. Outside, there is a private terrace equipped with a dining table and chairs.
The shared garden and swimming pool are equipped for relaxation and leisure. The swimming pool is fenced and has a sunbathing area. The farmhouse offers a shared barbecue area, a large veranda equipped with sofas and board games, and a reading corner. In the village there is a shop selling local products and a restaurant where you can book breakfast and enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine.

Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., while check-out time is between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Any other check-in/out times must be agreed in advance.

The estate is surrounded by the tranquillity of the Tuscan hills, less than 10 minutes from the centre of Castelfiorentino, where guests can find shops, a supermarket and a local market on Saturday mornings.
The property is situated in a wonderful location that allows guests to access some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany. It is just a 35-minute drive from the hilltop town of San Gimignano, 1 hour from the centre of Florence and 1 hour from Siena, 1 hour and 10 minutes from Pisa with its Leaning Tower, and for fans of “Twilight”, Volterra (45 minutes), a charming town with Etruscan roots.
Nearby are beautiful hiking and cycling trails that will immerse you in the woods and beautiful Tuscan countryside.
For a fashionable shopping experience, the Il Leccio outlet (1 hour and 10 minutes by car) offers a wide range of big names: Fendi, Etro, Gucci and many other brands. Active guests will find tennis courts in Castelfiorentino (10 minutes) and a golf course at FootGolf in San Miniato (30 minutes).
