Apartament "Tower 26" in Świnoujście is a unique place to relax and unwind - very popular with our guests! Świnoujście on the island of Usedom is a perfect spot for rest and relaxation, which is loved by our visitors. Our flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a modern high-rise building, which was completed in January 2020 and is part of the "Platan Complex" complex. In the immediate vicinity of the "Platan Complex" there is a fitness studio, a Thai massage studio and a bicycle hire centre. There are shops such as Biedronka supermarket and LIDL nearby, as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants. The flat is also just 700 metres from the German-Polish border crossing. The nearby UBB train station also makes it easy for you to travel to Germany.
It is an air-conditioned flat located on the second floor - with a bedroom furnished with a high-quality hotel bed, a living room with a luxurious corner sofa and a cinema-sized TV with free access to Netflix, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette where you can prepare the most exquisite dishes while enjoying perfectly chilled wine (thanks to the built-in wine fridge!) or delicious Nespresso coffee. A great advantage of the flat are two balconies - one with garden furniture and another with a cocoon armchair, which will allow you to cosy up in the fresh air. The total area of the flat is 58 m2. The interior is decorated in light colours, dominated by wood, grey and beige tones that evoke associations with sand, beach and sun. In addition, large windows on the south side allow plenty of daylight into the interior, which also visually enlarges the room. The elegant furnishings are also emphasised by expressive, modern accessories and interesting shapes and textures.
