✅ Guest Registration Required – All guests must be registered prior to arrival (we’ll assist you) ✅ Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — strictly enforced by SLCA ✅ Trash Disposal – Use proper bins only; never leave garbage outside ✅ Parking – Park only in the driveway or designated spaces (no street parking) ✅ No ATVs, Fireworks, or Fires at Beach ✅ No Parties or Large Gatherings – Respect our peaceful neighborhood ✅ Lake & Beach Access – Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard) ✅ Community Amenities – Registered guests only may use recreation areas
🏊 SLCA Pool Rules:
✔ Pool use requires a $5 fee per person ✔ All guests must wear SLCA badges while using the pool or community areas ✔ Badges and pool passes are issued at the SLCA office
Violations may result in a $250 fine per incident per HOA policy, so please help us keep the community clean, quiet, and enjoyable for all.

☀ Full Home Access 🏡 – Enjoy the entire home, backyard, deck, and fire pit during your stay.
☀ Lake & Beach Access 🏖️ – The serene Stillwater Lake is just a short walk away. Guests are welcome to swim, relax at the beach, or fish (PA fishing license required for ages 16+). No lifeguards are on duty — swim at your own risk.
☀ Community Amenities 🎾 – Registered guests may enjoy access to SLCA amenities, including the seasonal pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, and more.
🏖️ Amenities Access & Requirements ✔ Guest Registration Required – All guests must be registered with SLCA 7 days prior to check-in. We will coordinate this process for you.
✔ Amenity Badges – All guests must obtain required SLCA passes, stickers, and/or ID badges from the Association office for the duration of the rental period.
✔ Each guest must wear the SLCA amenity badge while using any community facilities (pool, beach, courts, etc.).
✔ Pool Fee – SLCA charges $5 per person for use of the seasonal pool. No outside food or drinks allowed in pool area.
✔ Beach, Tennis, & Lake Access – Included with your stay, but badges are still required at all times.
✔ Wristband/Badge Pickup – Badges can be picked up at the SLCA office.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No fireworks, ATVs, or fires at the beach
Trash must be bagged and placed in containers — no outside trash
Parking only in the driveway (no street parking allowed)
🚨 Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book.
