Morning lift, afternoon pool tournament. Smart TV and Sonos keep the garage loud in all the right ways.
Sleeping Arrangements
Ten sleepers, four bedrooms. King suite with its own bath upstairs, bedrooms 2 and 3 have queens sharing a hall bath, and a private downstairs setup with its own entrance, murphy bed, pullout sofa, and bathroom for the group that wants space. Smart TV in every room.
The Rest
Full kitchen stocked for a crowd, sectional and fireplace in the living room, central heat, in-unit laundry, two driveway spots.
Big Bear has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You will must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund:
1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit: the occupancy is (10) adults for Treetop Bearadise
2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (2) cars
3.) No amplified music 24/7
4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-7:00am.
5.) Maximum dogs allowed (2) w/ additional pet fee
6.) You must provide a copy of your ID and sign Good Neighbor Policy
No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously.- PLEASE NO SMOKING

Please note: Big Bear is located in the mountains, where conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. While power or Wi-Fi outages are uncommon, they can occasionally affect the entire area due to weather or other natural factors. We always do our best to support our guests, but some situations are outside our control.
Since we must follow our cancellation policy and are unable to provide refunds for natural disasters or related disruptions, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This will give you peace of mind in the event of wildfires, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and want your trip to be as worry-free as possible.
