The house has two bedrooms. The first with a queen bed and twin bed. The other room has a queen/queen bunk beds and another queen bed. Two complete and modern bathrooms, one inside with jets and the other in the pool area plus additional shower. Living room you will find Roku TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We have board games and pellet barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and all utensils. It has a cistern, power plant and water filter. Comfortable, cozy space just steps from the private beach where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your family and friends, Quiet, romantic and cozy environment where you will not have neighbors nearby. You have an entire house with a pool and patio, with all the comforts and privacy you are looking for. No shared places, no apartments on site. We have three parking spaces inside the property so that your car is safer. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket are nearby. You will have access to everything on the property. Private patio, clean pool just for you not shared, its gazebo, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for your comfort on the beach, in short all the amenities for your enjoyment. We have the most complete first aid kit for your convenience. Three parking spaces within the closed property for your peace of mind. You won't have to park on the street. The street where it is located is a dead end street. The neighbors are super friendly and don't mess with anyone at all. iT IS NEAR STEPS TO THE BEACH AND MAR BELLA BALNEARY You have more than 4 spas super close to the property, restaurants, gas station, bars, supermarkets, Mountain bike track, jogging track and the Tortuguero’s lagoon. You can move around the area by car, bicycle, scooter, Uber. In the apartment you have space for a car inside the property. We provide other services like food shopping in the pantry ready when you arrive for your stay or breakfast. Just let us know and for an extra cost we can arrange your groceries shopping. We will have a free basket for you, with basic items to have breakfast and snack.
