The cross-country ski trail and the outdoor trail (during snow-free season) literally run next to the apartment.
It's not allowed to charge electric/hybrid car at this apartment. The nearest charging point is at Zero Point, 500 m from the apartment.
NOTE! There is a construction yard next to the house during the snow-free period. This may cause noise to the apartment.
