Guests can access every space. We keep the unfinished crawlspace/basement locked but can be accessed to access the well pumps and electrical panel if needed.
We're always approachable via the booking app or can be reached by phone at the number displayed.
Please note: This is a quiet, residential area, and we take our house rules seriously.
No outdoor music, yelling, or disruptive behavior is allowed at any time.
Only registered guests (max 8 people, 4 vehicles) are permitted on the property — no outside visitors or parties. (We may check outdoor cameras to verify)
Respect for our neighbors is very important.
Violations of these rules, especially regarding noise or unauthorized guests, may result in a $150 fine and possible eviction without refund.
