• Rules

  1. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in is available after 4:00 PM. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available. 2. Occupancy & Visitors The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the property on the booking platform. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. Events, parties, business meetings, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. 3. Quiet Hours & Consideration Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum inside the unit, in hallways, and in outdoor areas. TVs, music, and conversations should always remain at a respectful volume. Be considerate of neighbors. 4. Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, or in shared spaces. Guests who wish to smoke must do so at least 200 feet away from the building. A minimum $500 fine applies for any violation. 5. Pets Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. If an unauthorized pet is found in the unit, a $500 fine will be charged and may result in eviction. 6. Furniture & Damages Do not move furniture. A $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning. Units are inspected at check-in and check-out. 7. Air Conditioning Keep all windows and sliding doors closed when the A/C is running. During warmer months (May–September), the A/C must remain on. Guests will be held responsible for system damage caused by improper use. 8. Wi-Fi Access Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in your unit. 9. Security Ensure all doors are closed and locked when entering or leaving. Do not share your access code with anyone outside your group. 10. Laundry Facilities Shared laundry facilities are available on-site. Machines operate with quarters. Please follow posted instructions for use. 11. Trash Disposal All trash must be disposed of in the chutes located behind Building N1. Do not leave open trash bags inside the unit or in shared/common areas. 12. Subletting & Transfers Subletting or transferring your reservation to another party is strictly prohibited. 13. Open Flames No open flames (candles, incense, sparklers, etc.) are permitted in the unit or shared spaces. 14. Mail Access Mailbox access is not available during your stay. 15. Illegal Activity & Eviction Any illegal activity will be reported to authorities and result in immediate eviction. Hollywood Sunrise reserves the right to evict any guest without refund for rule violations, noise complaints, or disrespectful behavior. 16. Lockout Fee If guests are locked out of the unit and require assistance, a $100 fee may apply for after-hours access. 17. Parking Information On-site self-parking is available for $20 + tax per night. If you require parking, please contact us via the platform to organize payment in advance. Parking is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking is acquired, the parking tag must be returned to the room before check-out. Failure to return the tag will result in a $50 replacement fee. If on-site parking is unavailable, public city-managed parking is located nearby. Please note: parking on private property without a valid tag may result in towing at your expense. Parking fees are subject to change without prior notice. Important Note: Hollywood Sunrise manages multiple properties within this building. Floor plans and furnishings may vary slightly from listing photos, but all units meet our comfort and quality standards. Parking Hollywood Sunrise offers convenient self-parking for a nominal fee of $20 + tax per day. Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only vehicles 16 feet or shorter are permitted in the designated parking area. Important Parking Notice Guests who choose to pay for City of Hollywood street parking must not park in the Hollywood Sunrise private lot. Unauthorized vehicles without a valid parking pass may be towed at the owner's expense. Property Policies Pets: Not allowed on the premises. Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the suites and anywhere on the property. A $500 fine will apply for violations. Courtyard Access: The courtyard is a shared space for all registered guests. Use of courtyard tables, benches, or furniture for drying clothes or towels is not permitted. Please use the on-site laundry facilities for drying, available for a small fee. Self-Service Property Notice This is a self-service property with self check-in and no front desk staff. - No daily housekeeping - No towel or linen exchanges during your stay - No on-site personnel to assist with luggage or bags We kindly ask that all guests plan accordingly and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. • Access

  Guests have full access to the entire condo, as well as shared on-site amenities, including laundry facilities. Washers and dryers operate with quarters—just insert coins to start each machine. Parking Information On-site parking is available for $20 + tax per night. If parking is needed, you must inform us in advance. A payment request will be sent via the booking platform, and it must be paid in full before we can issue the parking tag. Please note: Parking spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking on-site without a valid tag may result in towing at your expense. The parking tag must be returned to the unit at check-out. Failure to do so may result in a $50 replacement fee. City-managed public parking is also available nearby but is not affiliated with the property. Let us know if you need assistance with parking arrangements in advance of your arrival.

  Getting here is easy—whether you’re arriving from Fort Lauderdale or Miami! From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) We’re just a 15-minute drive away. Take US-1 South, turn left on Hollywood Blvd, and head east toward the ocean. Turn right on A1A (South Ocean Drive), then left on Cleveland Street. Hollywood Sunrise is just a few steps from the sand! From Miami International Airport (MIA) Drive north on I-95 and exit at Hollywood Blvd. Head east all the way to A1A (South Ocean Drive), turn right, then left onto Cleveland Street. You’ll arrive at Hollywood Sunrise in about 35–40 minutes. When You Arrive The property is so close to the beach that all you have to do is open the gate, walk a few steps, and you're on Hollywood Beach—nothing stands between you and the ocean! We offer self check-in with a smart lock system. Your door code will be sent to you via the platform before your arrival.
