This lovely villa is just 30 minutes from Alghero, is a wonderful holiday destination at any time of year! Blessed with extensive terraces, gardens and outdoor seating and dining areas, the villa encourages guests to enjoy outdoor living and Sardinia’s warm climate throughout the year.
The villa sleeps up to 6 people and is part of the exclusive Capocaccia Club Pischina Salida. Guests can sign up for a club membership card (free for guests at the villa) which gives them access to an Olympic size swimming pool, with umbrellas and sun loungers; a private terraced beach by the sea; a clubhouse, with green space by the sea; a restaurant and bar; supermarket; tennis courts; basketball court; paddle boarding; diving and canoe rental.
The two-storey villa has a spacious, open-plan living/dining area, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a round dining table. Stairs lead up to the bedrooms and the door opens onto a covered veranda with sea views. The separate modern kitchen is beautifully fitted out with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a large double bed, drawers, extensive wardrobes and a private balcony with sea views. The balcony has a table and chairs where guests can relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy their quiet surroundings.
Bedroom 2: This fresh, airy bedroom, on the first floor, is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: A cosy bedroom that has two single beds, plus a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.

The villa has 3 attractive bathrooms. Each is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
There is a 4th separate WC off the main living area.

Location
The Capocaccia Club Pischina Salida is in a protected marine area, the Parco Naturale Regionale di Porto Conte, known for its exceptional range of flora and fauna. The famous Grotta di Nettuno is close by (8 minutes) and can be explored by sea or via a long flight of steps from the land. There are other beaches within 10 minutes of the resort, on foot.
There are regular boat services between the pier of Cala Dragunara (6-minute drive) and Alghero (30-minute journey) which allow guests to explore this fascinating port city. Alternatively, Alghero is a 30-minute drive. Alghero is a fascinating collection of architecture, from the ancient walls that encircle the city, to the 16th century Santa Maria Cathedral. The city is home to a wide range of beautiful churches, museums and palaces, making it a great destination at any time of year.
Alghero airport is 25 minutes away.
