Harbor Village is a mixed use community with cabins up on the hill, and condos, townhomes, and villas at the bottom. Most are privately owned (WorldMark being the exception).
Turn right when you get into Harbor Village and then left to the parking lot behind the Inn Building (with the big lighthouse). Only park in the parking lot directly behind the Inn Building. Other parking lots are owned by other HOA's. Parking is first come, first serve. Enter into the door on the left side of the building when facing it from the parking lot side. The pool and hot tub are on the lake side of the building. The convention center on the right side of the building is privately owned and not part of the Inn Building units.
