55 km south of Kuopio, beach 50 m away (Lake Kallavesi/Koirus/Konnusvesi), deep, hard bottom, water depth is 2 meters at the end of the pier, own boat. A spacious log villa on a peninsula, overlooking the lake in almost all directions.

In the yard garage for one car and parking for four cars, in addition asphalted parking for 10 cars 50 meters away.
There is a wood-fired hot tub for rent by advance booking / payment. The tub is for 8 persons and it will be delivered to the cottage by separate agreement. The tub comes with a thermometer, instructions for use, and accessories for indoor cleaning. Ask more about availability, book in advance!
The villa can be booked for a maximum of 10 people. The person in charge of the booking must be at least 25 years old. If you are having a party or visiting guests, it must always be agreed separately before booking (please contact Lomarengas).
