The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, it did not offer the Ain Dubai view that was advertised in the listing, which was disappointing.
Our check-in experience was also not pleasant. The security staff was quite rude and seemed unwilling to assist us. Had we not insisted on staying, we likely would have been directed to another building altogether.
Communication with the host was another major issue. The host rarely answered calls, was slow to respond to messages, and was not accommodating when it came to requests. Reaching out often felt like a waste of time due to the lack of timely support.
Overall, the property has potential because of its size and location, but the customer service and communication need significant improvement. The experience could have been much better if guest concerns were valued and addressed more professionally. Like if you won't allow certain request you can politely respond.
