Just minutes from Provenza and Parque Lleras by car, you’re close to the action without being in the middle of it.

•Metro: The nearest metro station (Ayurá) is a ~5‑min walk and connects you quickly to Línea A across the city.

➤ The unit does not have air conditioning or heating, but Medellín’s climate is famously comfortable year-round. We still recommend bringing a sweater or long clothes for the cooler evenings.
➤ There is no oven and dishwasher in unit.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ Pets allowed. Max 1 dog under 20 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, hot tub, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. No minors at all. Guests should be at least 18 y/o
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ Please note access to the property involves several steps up to your private cabin. Guests should be comfortable with a short walk or climb. A doorman is available to assist with luggage.
