The apartment is reached via an outside staircase that leads up to a cool hallway in the middle of the property. The airy sitting room is furnished with a contemporary sofa and armchairs, with an open fireplace and flat-screen TV. Open stairs lead up to a mezzanine office/bedroom. The mezzanine includes a desk for guests who need to catch up with work and a sofa bed.
Back downstairs, the kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee maker. The breakfast bar is ideal for quick snacks.
There is a shaded balcony running along the front and side of the house which is an extended living/dining area. Guests can enjoy meals al fresco and have use of the BBQ for outdoor cooking.

The apartment is well-placed for visitors to explore this unspoiled corner of Tuscany, known as the Tuscan Maremma. The small town of Capalbio is less than 10 minutes away. It is steeped in history. Visitors can see the town’s castle and medieval defensive walls. For shopping, Capalbio’s weekly market takes place on Wednesday mornings. Closer still is the market in Capalbio Scalo (6 minutes), every Monday morning. Here you can find the freshest local ingredients to cook at home.
There are many local beaches to choose from. Some are quite wild, others have sunbeds and cafés. The closest are near Ansedonia (10 minutes).
Monte Argentario is just a 30-minute drive away. Argentario attracts tourists for its unique landscape, its marine environment, and its exceptionally mild climate, making it an ideal vacation spot throughout the year. Known as a holiday destination for its numerous beaches and coves, it is also a place rich in history, preserving some historic gems scattered throughout the area. Its main towns, Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, offer picturesque views.
