The elegant villa is located along Via degli Olivi, only 2 minutes by car / 10 minutes on foot from the lakeside promenade of Salò (900 metres). Just 700 metres from the villa is the Polo Sportivo family sports complex, which offers a new gymnasium, leisure facilities in the park. The villa is also only an 8 to 11-minute drive from the Mokai beach and the Heller Botanical Gardens on Lake Garda.
In addition, Salò offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The ferry is only a 20-minute walk from the villa and offers easy access to many popular destinations on the lake including Peschiera del Garda, Desenzano del Garda, Sirmione, Riva del Garda, Garda and Malcesine.
