The sleeping quarters are characterised by being bright and extremely comfortable, in their colours, materials, objects and details. Every choice has been made to enhance the sense of well-being, emphasising certain elements of Sicilian memory but in settings with a contemporary feel. They range in size from 45 square metres (suites with 2 beds) to more than 65 square metres (suites with up to 5 beds). The Dépendances are surrounded by citrus groves and overlook the gardens. Each double room is independent, furnished with valuable antique furniture, and equipped with every comfort: independent heating and air conditioning, large bathroom with shower, mini bar and television, wi fi.

Within walking distance from the Villa Dei Papiri farmhouse you can visit the Ciane River nature reserve and the ancient Syracuse Salt Pans. Inside the structure it is possible to visit a small archaeological area with Hellenistic findings of inestimable value. Ortigia is only 8 km from our facility. For those who love the beach and the sea, we suggest the beaches of Arenella, Fontane Bianche, San Lorenzo, and the Gelsomineto pine forest.
