Stylish villa in a peaceful location, designed with ecological building principles in mind. The setting is very tranquil, with the nearest neighbor 180 meters away. The spacious yard enjoys sunlight throughout the day. The shoreline is approx. 50 meters.
41 km north of Pori, Lake Isojärvi 35 m, a gently sloping, sanded beach. There are two piers by the lake, with its own rowing boat. Wooden villa, built in 2025, features an open-plan living room/kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction stove, convection oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Water is sourced from the lake and filtered through a high-quality purification system, making it safe for drinking.
The spacious living room includes a sofa, a dining set for eight, a heat-storing fireplace, a 65" Smart TV, and an air-source heat pump. Wi-Fi internet connection is available.
The villa has four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 160 x 200 cm double bed (box spring)
Bedroom 2: two 80 x 200 cm single beds
Bedroom 3: two 80 x 200 cm single beds
Bedroom 4: one 80 x 200 cm single bed and one 80 x 200 cm memory foam mattress on the floor.
The villa’s bathroom includes a WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, and shower cabin. The sauna is located in a separate section accessible via the terrace and features an electric stove. The sauna’s washroom includes a second shower, and there is access to another WC from the dressing room.
The large terrace is equipped with a gas grill and a spacious dining area for eight. A charcoal grill is also available (guests bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid).
A mobile hot tub can be rented for an additional fee. Guests fill, heat, and clean the hot tub themselves at the end of their stay.
Small pets are welcome (maximum two at a time) for an extra fee.
Electric car charging is available for an additional fee using the guest’s own charging equipment and a standard Schuko socket. Charging arrangements and payment are agreed directly with the owner when collecting the cabin keys.
