The villa’s spacious ground floor includes an open-plan living area, which is stylishly furnished with modern pieces. The seating area has an L-shaped sofa, a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV. Next to this is the dining table and chairs. The open kitchen-diner is newly fitted and well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, drip coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.
The villa’s owners have taken as much care with the large outdoor space as they have with the interiors. Stone terraces connect the house to the private swimming pool. Here guests can relax on the sun loungers after a refreshing dip. There are two covered dining areas. One of these has a BBQ so guests can enjoy meals al fresco.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Each is furnished with a double bed and extensive wardrobe space.

Location
The villa is in the small village of Kapelica just 4 minutes from Labin. Rabac, known as “the Pearl of Kvarner” on the coast, is 10 minutes. Rabac is known for its beautiful beaches and clear sea, as well as water sports and restaurants. There are many other activities close by for all ages. Visitors can hire bicycles in Rabac; hike through stunning countryside; hire a speedboat or sailing dinghy and go horse riding.
For self-catering Labin’s daily market is a treasure trove of the freshest local fish, vegetables and fruit. There is also a supermarket in the town, banks, pharmacies and all the amenities necessary for a relaxed holiday.
The ancient city of Pula (50 minutes) makes a fascinating day trip. A visit to its stunning Roman amphitheater is a must. There are many other Roman sites to explore, as well as the seafront and antique harbour.
Pula International Airport is just 40 minutes away.
