Just 50m from the white sands of Sant’Isidoro Beach, this beautiful holiday villa (sleeps 8) makes an idyllic holiday base for families or friends. The deep veranda wraps around the house and creates a relaxing outdoor living space for sundowners or delicious meals al fresco. It’s the perfect holiday home!
Although guests will no doubt want to spend most of their time outside on the lovely veranda or in the garden, the villa’s interiors will not disappoint. The main entrance leads into a corridor. All the rooms lead off this passageway. There is a large living room which is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a 50” flat-screen TV. Two large French windows open onto the veranda.
The separate kitchen has been recently renovated and is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is also a kitchen table for quick snacks. At the back of the villa, guests will find a laundry room and access to the rear garden where they can dry laundry.
The veranda at the front of the house is furnished with a wicker sofa, armchairs and coffee table as well as a long dining table. It is the perfect spot for relaxing and offers views of the sparkling sea nearby. The walled garden gives privacy for guests so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: This very spacious bedroom has a double bed an additional bunk bed, wardrobe and French windows which lead out to the veranda.
Bedroom 2: This second room is furnished with a double bed (can be adjusted to 2 single beds) plus extensive wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: Another spacious bedroom with a double bed, a TV and large wardrobes.
Bathrooms
There are 2 large bathrooms. Both are equipped with a shower, bidet, basin and WC.
Extra: There is an outside shower which is convenient after a day on the beach.

Location
The villa is on the northern edge of the town of Sant’Isidoro which is known for its gentle beach. Fine white sand which slopes easily into the sea, making swimming safe for children. There is a public beach as well as private options where you can rent sunbeds and parasols for the day.
Just 15 minutes away is the charming town of Nardo, with its Baroque squares and winding streets, which have yet to be overwhelmed by tourists. It is a food paradise and has many excellent restaurants serving fresh local food.
Further down the Ionian coast, the historic town of Gallipoli (30 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over an hour away by car.
