260 km north of Rovaniemi, in Saariselkä holiday center (Kaunispää fell / southern slope).

Rooms on three floors. The middle floor: kitchen-living room, bedroom with two single beds connected, can be separated if necessary (from the bedroom entrance to the utility room via walk-in closet) and terrace.
On the ground floor there is sauna (electric stove), washroom (2 showers), living room with fireplace and toilet. In the fireplace room there is sofa bed.
Upstairs there is loft with 2 beds, in connection with the loft there is bedroom with 2 single beds (sloping roof and sliding door).
Villa is equipped also with air source heat pump, refrigerator in fireplace room, 2 TVs (one in fireplace room), wireless Internet 4G, iron and ironing board, 2 hair dryer and gas grill. Three sets of snowshoes, two kick sleds, sledges and sliders for guests to use.

The villa has also a heated ski maintenance room with a rack and an iron. Lubricants also available.
