The Villa
The villa features five bedrooms that can accommodate up to 16 guests, and with sofa beds, up to 20 guests in total.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large dining area, and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes two ovens (steam and convection), a coffee machine, two refrigerators, two freezers, and other high-quality appliances. This floor also has two bedrooms, two toilets, a bathroom, a steam sauna, and a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying cabinet.
The upper floor includes a master bedroom with a private bathroom and bathtub, as well as three additional bedrooms (one with a loft featuring two extra beds). There’s also a lounge area with a TV and a sofa bed.
The ground floor houses a well-equipped gym, a TV lounge area with a sofa bed, and the villa’s technical rooms.
Completing the experience is a terrace opening from the living room, offering breathtaking lake views. The terrace features a large dining area, comfortable lounge chairs, a gas grill, and an electric smoker — perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
There is a damage deposit of 1000€ in the rental (not included in the price).
