Location
The villa's location is one of the most striking on the island. It overlooks Ira Beach in the centre of Porto Rotondo. In the summer months, its marina (7-minute walk) is home to some of the most exclusive boats in the world, and makes for a fascinating evening stroll.
It is a popular village, known for its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The beaches are wide and well-equipped, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and taking long walks along the coast. The sea is suitable for families and activities such as snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Algae Beach, Sassi Beach (7-minute drive) and the Gulf of Marinella are considered among the most beautiful beaches in the area.
Porto Rotondo is home to many excellent restaurants, exclusive boutiques and a lively nightlife. From June to August, the town hosts ‘Porto Rotondo in Fiera’, a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning. A 5-minute drive away you can find the village of Golfo Aranci, very picturesque.
Olbia airport is about 25 minutes away.
