A spacious villa set on a hillside on the edge of the charming town of Neviano. The villa sleeps up to 17 people and offers a private pool, making it an ideal destination for a group of friends or families who want to enjoy Salentina’s famous “slow life”.
The open-plan ground floor combines indoor and outdoor living, with large glass doors opening out onto the shaded balcony, overlooking the swimming pool. Inside, there are two main seating areas, with comfortable sofas. One area has an open fireplace and flat-screen TV. The slightly raised dining area has a long dining table for relaxed meals with friends.
The big separate kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering. Guests will find a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso machine.
Stairs lead from the veranda down to the swimming pool terrace and garden. The swimming pool is equipped with stone stairs in the shallow end and metal steps for the deeper water, as well as a diving board. On the terrace, there are various sun loungers where guests can relax after a refreshing swim.

Location
Neviano is ideally located for visitors to explore the delights of Salento. In particular, to discover the area’s best food and finest cuisine. The town’s weekly market takes place every Friday, for the freshest produce to cook at home.
Just 20 minutes away is the charming town of Nardo, with its Baroque squares and winding streets, which have yet to be overwhelmed by tourists. It is known as a food paradise and has many excellent restaurants serving excellent local food.
The villa is also 20 minutes from the port of Gallipoli. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.
The villa is close to some of the finest beaches in southern Italy including Rivabella (18 minutes), Padula Bianca (20 minutes) and Lido Conchiglie (20 minutes)
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just an hour and 5 minutes away by car.
