Two bedrooms are situated on ground floor and thre bedrooms on upper floor. Four bedrooms feature a double bed each and 1 bedroom features 2 single beds. The entrance is from the front side of the house but also directly from the garage. It is furnished with much love for details and special decoration . There is a washing machine for convenience.
On the terrace you can enjoy your breakfast and coffee in the morning while watching sunrise from the mountains of Gorski Kotar and in the evening you can enjoy the light breeze from the Učka mountain while watching boats on the sea.
Start your day with swimming in the outdoor pool while enjoying the magnificent sea view. The pool is private and offer you a privacy from neighbours, because the greenery is high enough. The house is situated along a road and there are marked bike and hiking routes nearby. You can take pathways to the top of Učka or enjoy a 11km seaside walk from lovran to Volosko. Entertainment, with many restaurants and dining facilities you can find in the centre of Ičići and in the whole area. Try the restaurant is nearby marina or a local fish restaurant directly by the beach. At the small harbour, there is a beach, which is marked with a blue flag, which stands for a consistently high guideline of the water quality. Here you can also play volleyball, soccer and badminton.
For the youngest is a slide available. The islands of Cres and Krk can be reached by boat tours or you can go to port of Brestova to take a ferry accross and explore Cres, Lošinj or Krk. The sea is crystal clear and nice beaches of Medveja, Mošćenička draga or Brseć are 20 minutes drive away.
