This 60 m² semi-detached apartment, located in the Kisakallio area just under an hour’s drive from Helsinki, is perfect for small families, couples, or groups of friends who value tranquility, activity, and quality in a compact setting.
The villa features two bedrooms, each with two single beds. It has an open and functional living room/kitchen, a separate WC, and a washroom with a shower and electric sauna. From the dressing room, there is direct access to a furnished terrace equipped with a gas grill.
Lake Lohjanjärvi is approx. 200 meters away, offering a shared swimming beach with a gradually deepening sandy bottom. During summer, a lakeside kiosk serves pizza, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the lakeside ambiance. A lakeside sauna and grill hut can also be rented separately.
The Kampus Pass, automatically included in the accommodation price, provides access to Kisakallio Sports Institute facilities. You can use the gym with high-quality equipment and spaces for independent workouts. Padel and tennis courts are available for booking (1 hour), allowing games indoors or outdoors. Fat bikes and mountain bikes (1 hour, subject to availability) enable you to explore forest trails and lakeside paths. An indoor sports hall (1 hour) is suitable for basketball, badminton, or general exercise. Sports equipment is available for loan from reception—please confirm the availability of activities directly with Kisakallio. Kampus pass activity reservations are made subject to availability.
