An enclave of sweetness near le Verdon : villa Pinède is situated around the picturesque Provençal village of Sillans la Cascade. Very well equipped, this villa offers you all the modern comfort of the new houses while preserving the traditional style of our beautiful Provence ! The house, facing south-East, is built on 2 levels of 90m2 each. We count 3 bedrooms with double beds but 9 real sleepings around (an intermediate room with 1 double bed and 1 single bunk bed).
Description of inside :
The ground floor harms a vast living room where group together the kitchen, the dining area, and the lounge. 4 French windows have the double advantage to make the room very bright and to allow the direct access to the terrace. One toilets and a dressing room is close to the front door.
Living area : A well-kept and modern equipment is at your disposal (TV flat screen, HIFI, WIFI), household electrical appliances).
Kitchen area :
  • Fully equipped : Fridge / freezer, electric hotplates, dish washer, oven, breakfast electrical appliances (no microwave)
  • a small room acts as storeroom. It is there also that is the washing machine, ironing.

Also in the ground floor is a beautiful double room (180×190) with its privative shower-room and an access to the terrace and the garden by a french windows.
From the lounge, a contemporary wooden staircase leads to the floor (no ramp, no back-up). A large bright room equipped with a double bed (140×190) and 1 single bunk bed distribute two other double rooms each equipped with a double bed (140×190, 160×190) and facing south-east. In the North is a beautiful bathroom (shower) with toilets.
Description of the outsides :
It is by the back of the house that is made the arrival to the property. There is a big enough fitted out space allows to park vehicles. The garden of 2000m2 is flat and offers a magnificent view on the Provençal pine forest. Note that the green grass of spring often undergoes the summer drought of Provence.
A swimming pool of 7,50m x 4m wide, prof. 1,50m nestles on the corner of the tiled terrace where outdoor furniture promises you good moments of conviviality. One of the sides of the pool has been installed a wooden terrace to accommodate the deckchairs and a dining area is arranged on the other side, with barbecue.
Extra charges : End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge. The house linen is optional (bath & hand towels, bedlinen and kitchen clothes), Pool towel Many other services are offered, do not hesitate to ask us ([email protected]).
