The apartment is one of 3 in the villa. The spacious living space is divided into 3 areas by elegant archways. The sitting room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and various antique pieces. The dining area includes a large wooden dining table, which can seat up to 18 people and an open fireplace. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and a fridge/freezer.
French windows lead from the sitting room into the garden. Outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Tuscan landscape. The property features private and shared gardens. The shaded private outdoor dining area includes use of a shared barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals surrounded by greenery.
Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours, in accordance with municipal regulations, from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m., under penalty of a fine. Please note that the property is equipped with a decibel detector.
