Situated a short walk from the sea, Villa Valentina is a peaceful and family-friendly retreat within the prestigious, residential complex of Puntaldìa in the north-west of Sardinia. The air-conditioned Villa is built in a traditional Mediterranean-style and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The property has a large veranda with far-reaching views over the surrounding gardens to the beautiful white sands of Puntaldìa beach. Furnished with a large table that can seat 6 people and a comfortable seating area, this is the perfect place to relax with a book or simply soak up the sun.
Inside the modern, open-plan living space incorporates a dining room, kitchen and soft seating area with a sofa and large, glass doors that lead directly onto the veranda. The kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar and four stools and is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
An "on call" electric shuttle service (guests are allowed up to 4 calls per day) is included within the price and provides easy access to the nearby beaches of Brandinchi and Lu Impostu or can be used to reach the nearby boutiques, restaurants and bars.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom sleeps 4 and is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds.

Location
Villa Valentina is located in the prestigious Puntaldìa Residential Complex, surrounded by lush landscaped gardens, just a few minutes' walk from the fine white sand and crystal-clear waters of Puntaldìa Beach. Sheltered from the wind with warm shallow water this is an ideal destination to spend the day with young children. La Cinta and Lu Impostu, two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are also very close by. Overlooking the marine area of Punta Coda Cavallo, La Cinta is 5km long with dunes of fine white sand, a clear turquoise sea and shallow water, perfect for children.
Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive away.
