This charming villa, which sleeps 8 people, is a short walk from the pristine beach of Costa Corallina. Overlooking the sparkling Meditteranean Sea and Tavolara Island, the villa is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. There is an abundance of outside space, for relaxing and dining al fresco, whilst enjoying the stunning view.
A glass door from the shaded veranda opens into the spacious living area, with cool tiled floors and a high ceiling. There is a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Moka coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
The villa has a large private garden with sun loungers. There is an extensive terrace around the front of the villa which is partially shaded. The terrace is furnished with a dining table as well as a lovely seating area, perfect for sundowners after a day on the beach.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, hanging rail and French windows which lead out to the garden.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3: A cute bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a wardrobe and drawers.

There are two independent bathrooms. Both have showers, basins, bidet and WC.

Location
The villa is conveniently located in the resort of Costa Corallina and just a few minutes walk from the beach. It looks out over the Mesara Marine Protected Area and the pristine coast.
The resort town of Porto San Paolo is just 2km away. Here guests will find everything they need. Life centres around the busy marina, which offers restaurants, bars and shops under the shaded arcades.
The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service from Porto San Paolo’s dock.
Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes).
Olbia Airport is just a 16-minute drive.
