A contemporary garden apartment for 6 which is only 300m from the beautiful beach of Torre dell’Orso. This makes an ideal base for family or friends who want to relax by the sea and also explore the stunning region of Puglia.
Tucked away on a quiet street but in the centre of the town, the apartment has two gardens, one at the front and one at the back of the villa. At the front, there is a shaded veranda with a dining table for meals al fresco. There is also a sun lounger, under a large parasol where guests can relax. The back garden has another shaded veranda and a table.
The front door opens into a spacious living/dining room, furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a coffee machine.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a glass door leading out onto the back veranda and garden.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. There is another door leading out onto the terrace in the back garden.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.
Bathroom
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is an outdoor shower which is very useful after a day at the beach

Location
The popular resort of Torre dell’Orso is known for its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. There are several beach clubs, which suit different ages and interests, and many water sports are available on the beaches including windsurfing, kayaking and paddleboarding. The town is a laid-back resort with a few clubs and many excellent restaurants catering to all budgets and tastes. There are shops and supermarkets within walking distance from the villa, and the town centre is also accessible on foot.
Torre dell’Orso is also ideally located for visitors to explore the rest of the Salento peninsula. For nature lovers, the area's nature reserves offer a haven for hiking and bird-watching. Visit the Le Cesine Nature Reserve (10 minutes), an oasis of biodiversity with lagoons, sand-dunes and a rich variety of migratory birds. Bicycles are available for rental for those wishing to explore the Salento countryside in more detail.
The city of Lecce (30 minutes) is famous for its wonderful Baroque architecture as well as its Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit, not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping. For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over an hour away by car.
