The villa, built in 2024, features a well-equipped living room/kitchen. The spacious living area includes a large dining group, a big smart TV, and a fireplace. The villa has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with three separate beds each. A large 60 m² terrace offers stunning views of the lake.
In addition, there is a heated outbuilding in the yard, providing two additional beds, making it comfortable even in winter. The washroom includes a shower and WC, and there is also an additional separate WC.
By the lake, there is a log-built lakeside sauna with a wood-heated sauna stove equipped with a water tank. The sauna also has a separate dressing room.
