Welcome to the condo. These house rules are intended to ensure a comfortable, respectful, and safe environment for both guests and residents in the building. By staying at the property, guests agree to follow all rules outlined below. Occupancy Only registered occupants listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the unit. Unauthorized occupants or long-term visitors are not permitted without prior written approval. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times. Quiet Enjoyment This is a residential condominium building. Please be respectful of neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disturbances are strictly prohibited. Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed. Smoking Smoking, vaping, cannabis use, or any drug use is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and in building common areas. Any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, or damage fees. Pets Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before the reservation begins. Approved pets must not cause noise disturbances or damage. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and preventing damage to furniture or flooring. Cleanliness and Upkeep Guests are expected to maintain the condo in a clean and sanitary condition throughout their stay. Garbage and recycling must be disposed of properly and regularly. Food should not be left out in a way that may attract pests. Excessive dirtiness, stains, odors, or neglect may result in additional cleaning charges. Furniture and Property Care Please treat the condo and furnishings with care. Furniture, electronics, kitchenware, linens, and décor must remain in the unit. Do not move large furniture items without permission. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Maintenance and Repairs Guests must promptly report any maintenance issues, leaks, damage, or appliance malfunctions. Do not attempt repairs yourself unless authorized. Routine maintenance or emergency repairs may occasionally require access to the unit with proper notice where applicable. Condo Building Rules Guests must comply with all condominium bylaws and building regulations. Do not allow unknown individuals into the building. Common areas including hallways, elevators, entrances, parking areas, and amenity spaces must be respected and kept clean. Any fines or penalties issued by the condominium corporation due to guest actions will be the responsibility of the guest. Utilities and Internet Utilities and internet are provided for normal residential use. Excessive or abnormal utility usage may result in additional charges. Guests may not tamper with internet equipment, smoke detectors, security devices, or electrical systems. Keys, Fobs, and Access Devices Lost keys, fobs, remotes, or parking passes may result in replacement charges. Guests may not duplicate keys or share access devices with unauthorized individuals. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless otherwise agreed upon. At check-out, guests are expected to: Remove personal belongings Dispose of garbage Leave the unit in reasonably clean condition Return all keys and access devices Prohibited Activities The following are strictly prohibited: Illegal activity of any kind Parties or unauthorized gatherings Smoking inside the unit Subletting or re-renting the property Commercial activities or business operations from the condo Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees, termination of the stay, or eviction in accordance with local laws and the terms of the reservation agreement.
