• Notes

  Easy Check-In Process 🏡 It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! - We use Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. You can even share it with friends and family. Got questions? Just message us anytime! - Please inform us in advance if you will be needing the Air Mattress. - Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval. There is $25 charge per hour. - Just complete your rental agreement and agree to house rules. - ID verification - A simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. If your Air BNB we Can waive this. - No illegal Drugs. - No loud sounds after 10 PM. - No parties. - No Smoking. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in the house or anywhere on the property. - Extra guest fees are $10 per guest per night. - Pet fees are one-time $25 plus $10 per pet per night. - Absolutely NO cats! -Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. We will charge $250 if we find out. 6. No Aggressive pets. The Pet Deposit is $25.00, non-refundable and an additional $10 per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above plus a $100 penalty. -Important: For those who booked through any sites other than Airbnb. We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this will protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. -After booking, we will send you a copy of our short-term rental agreement and arrival and departure instructions, we also ask for you to provide a copy of your ID for verification. -Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.

• Access

  Guests will enjoy private use of the entire home, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the open living/kitchen area, and the spacious bayfront deck with stunning water views. The driveway provides ample parking beneath the home. While the bayfront offers peaceful views, water access is limited to viewing only. Self-check-in is provided with a smart lock for convenience.

• Transit

  Most guests will find it easiest to get around by car, with ample parking available at the home. Seabrook, Kemah Boardwalk, local marinas, and nearby restaurants are just a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, and biking is a fun option along Seabrook’s scenic waterfront trails.

• Neighborhood

  Neighborhood Seabrook Shores offers a peaceful bayfront setting while keeping you close to local attractions. Stroll or bike along scenic waterfront trails, spot wildlife at nearby parks, or explore charming Seabrook with its marinas, shops, and dining. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the Kemah Boardwalk with restaurants, rides, and family fun, or head to Galveston for beaches and historic sights. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, this neighborhood has it all.

• Interaction

  Guests will enjoy full privacy during their stay. The home offers easy self-check-in, and we’re just a message or call away if anything comes up.
