  Welcome to your waterfront paradise, a breathtaking retreat nestled in the heart of Scenic Bay. While this rental may require some stair climbing, the views and amenities make every step worthwhile. Spread across three levels, the property offers ample space for families and groups to spread out and relax. The bonus room, complete with 3 full beds and a designated work area, provides flexibility for both sleeping arrangements and productivity. On the main floor, you'll find a spacious living area perfect for gathering and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer an uninterrupted view of Scenic Bay and the majestic mountains beyond. Step out onto the deck, perched 70 feet above the ground, and feel like you're on top of the world as you soak in the awe-inspiring scenery. We have many hummingbirds that come every year because our feeders are so high off the ground. Whether you're enjoying a morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets behind the mountains, the deck offers the ideal vantage point to take in the natural beauty surrounding you. You have 12 outdoor dining spaces on the top deck. While the stairs may be a small price to pay for such breathtaking views, guests should be prepared for the climb and ensure they're comfortable navigating multiple levels. But for those willing to make the ascent, the No Wake Zone Vacation Rental promises an unforgettable experience filled with tranquility, natural splendor, and cherished memories.

• Access

  The garage is not available, and thereis a locked closet on the second floor. Parking is in front of the garage. There are three spaces available, or six if you stack your cars. You are not allowed to park on the road or on a neighbor's property. Vehicles are subject to being towed.

• Transit

  we are within walking distance to the beautiful Bayside town of Bayview. You can bike, drive, or take your recreational vehicle to town or venture out into Farragut State Park. Great off-road ATV up the Bunco to Lakeside! Silverwood is a short 15 minutes from our home! To the base of Sweitzer ski resort you are 30 miles away for a fantastic ski experience! Parking for large Groups: We have space for 3 in the driveway and 3 behind and that is all that is available on site. We do have available parking off site that needs to be arranged in advance. We also possibly have boat trailer parking off site arranged in advance.
