To help us maintain the comfort and quality of our space, please review and follow the house rules below: 🧖‍♂️ Sauna & Outdoor Shower Sauna use is at your own risk — please stay hydrated and never use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not pour any liquids (other than water) on the sauna stove. Always turn off the heat source after use and allow the sauna to cool completely. Children under 16 are not permitted in the sauna without adult supervision. 🐾 Pets Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee. 🚭 Smoking & Fires Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas only — please dispose of cigarette butts safely. Fires are only allowed in the designated fire pit and must be supervised at all times. Do not light fires during fire bans. (Learn more: SOPFEU website) 🎉 Guests, Noise & Fines Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties, gatherings, or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of nature and nearby properties. 🧹 Cleaning & Departure Please treat the home with care and leave it in reasonably tidy condition. Trash should be placed in designated bins before checkout. Let us know of any damage or maintenance needs during your stay so we can address them quickly. ⚠️ Safety & Liability Use of the dock, sauna, river, and outdoor shower is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the water and sauna area. ❗ Important Reminders Failure to follow these rules may result in fines starting at $200 or immediate cancellation without refund We reserve the right to visit the property or send a local manager if issues arise.
