Parts of the shoreline can get weedy, but over to the right side of the property is sandy and rocky where guests often enjoy swimming. The beach and shoreline are shared by all of the properties cottages.
The Picton is a part of Westlake Cottage Resort. This resort consists of 12 units that can all be rented together for larger groups.

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed at this property (even hypoallergenic).
If bringing a service animal, it is the expectation the pet accompanies the owner at all times and can not be left at the property alone. Costs associated with damages caused by a pet will be pursued and are not included in the pet fee/cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee to cover the removal of pet dander from the property will apply.
