This condo offers on-site parking for up to 2 cars directly in front of the complex, with additional parking near the dock areas. Please note, while access to the seasonal community pool and common grill area is on a first come, first serve basis, these amenities are sometimes temporarily out of service due to maintenance which is out of our control.
Traveling with children or need added extras for fun? On request, we can provide air mattresses, kayaks, lily pad floats, high chairs, and travel cribs.

Our establishment adheres to quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am for the peace and comfort of all guests and residents. Events, parties, and gatherings are strictly forbidden, as we have a no-loud-music policy after 10 pm. The property is non-smoking, in accordance with local laws.
Guests under 25 years and those with insufficient or below 5-star ratings may need to undergo additional verification or approval processes. A valid ID is requested on booking and failure to provide one may result in cancellation.
PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies.
