Booking confirms agreement to House Rules & Rental Terms. No parties, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. 🐾 Pet Policy Dogs allowed with prior approval and paid pet fees. Max 2 dogs (no cats). Pets must stay off all furniture and bedding—violations may incur fees. Keep dogs leashed, clean up after them, and ensure they remain within the yard. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Non-refundable pet deposit and nightly fee apply. 👥 Extra Guests Additional fees apply for unregistered guests beyond 11. Please notify us in advance. 🛡️ Damage & Guest Verification ID verification through Know Your Guest is required. Choose between a refundable deposit or a damage waiver (waiver recommended for peace of mind).

  You'll have full private access to the home, with space to gather and relax. The dining area seats 12, plus 8 more at the large kitchen island. The cozy living room and game room each feature sleeper sofas. With 8 bedrooms and all essentials provided, this home is perfect for a comfortable and memorable group getaway.

• Transit

  🚗 Getting Around While rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are available and convenient for getting to and from the property, public transportation doesn’t service the area. That said, several local shuttle companies offer pickup and drop-off specifically for river floaters. You’re welcome to coordinate with them directly—or just reach out to us, and we’ll gladly assist in arranging transportation for your group.

• Neighborhood

  We’re situated right on River Road, in the heart of a convenient area full of rental options and local services. Several outfitters offer river gear with easy pickup and drop-off. Roy’s Rental & Campground, just down the road, has everything you need for a fun day on the water. You’ll also be close to charming shops, local eateries, and even an outdoor amphitheater for entertainment during your stay.
