  Additional Information & Guest Policies Please let us know in advance if you’ll need the air mattress. Guests have complimentary access to kayaks and yard games, including Giant Jenga, Tic Tac Toe, Cornhole, and Twister. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with approval for an additional fee. This home is ideal for families with children. A valid photo ID is required for all guests. All guests must review and accept the House Rules and Rental Agreement. Location Note: The property shown may differ slightly. Confirm the exact location via the “Happy Guest” link or use this address: 6786 River Rd, New Braunfels, TX 78132. House Rules No illegal substances. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. No parties or events. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors. Pet Policy Dogs only (no cats), maximum of 2 per booking, with applicable fees. Pets must stay off beds, furniture, and blankets; fines may apply for violations. Dogs must always: Be leashed outdoors Stay within property boundaries Wear a collar with ID and rabies tag Be well-behaved and non-aggressive Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Non-refundable pet fees/deposits apply; unregistered pets will incur additional charges. Booking & Security All guests must complete Know Your Guest ID verification before arrival. Choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (recommended).

• Access

  Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, balcony, and outdoor spaces. The backyard offers direct river access for kayaking, floating, or simply relaxing by the water. Self check-in is available through a smart lock for convenience, and parking is provided just across the street.

• Transit

  The home is most easily reached by car, with parking available just across the street. Downtown New Braunfels, Gruene, and other local attractions are only a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available, though service may be limited during peak times.

• Neighborhood

  Our home sits right on the river in scenic New Braunfels, providing easy access to kayaking, floating, and relaxing by the water. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the lively Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, and historic Gruene, known for its live music, shopping, and dining. The area is family-friendly and full of activities for all ages, from tubing and brewery tours to boutique shopping and local culinary experiences.
