Travel down through the timbers and you’ll find this hidden gem nestled among the trees—private, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing lake getaway. 🛏 Bedroom & Living Space The spacious bedroom features: Two queen beds with comfortable bedding Dining table for two Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows Direct access to a large private deck overlooking the wooded backdrop 🌲 Outdoor Deck Step outside onto the expansive private deck complete with: Cozy outdoor seating A firepit for evening relaxation Peaceful forest views and constant wildlife sightings It’s the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or unwind under the stars. 🍽 Kitchenette This convenient space includes: Gourmet coffee bar Microwave Refrigerator Essentials for simple meals and snacks 🛁 Bathroom Enjoy a clean, comfortable full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, vanity, and toilet—everything you need for a restful and easy stay. Tan-Tar-A Estates Guest Access As a guest of Tan-Tar-A Estates, you’ll enjoy access to the two private seasonal outdoor pools (open May–September) along with the incredible amenities offered at Margaritaville Lake Resort. Guests may use the resort’s: Restaurants & bars Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark (fees apply) LandShark Bar & Grill Coffee shop Bowling alley Arcade & pool hall Spa services And more Please note: All hours, pricing, and availability for Margaritaville amenities are fully controlled by the Margaritaville Resort. Guests should contact the resort directly for details on fees, schedules, or seasonal access. 🐾 Pet Policy Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with advance approval and pet registration. Daily pet fee applies Maximum 2 pets, 25 lbs each Security deposit may be required Unauthorized pets will be subject to additional fees. 🚭 Smoking Policy No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or on the deck. 👥 Guest Requirements Primary renter must be 25 years or older All guests must be registered with the reservation No parties or unauthorized gatherings 🚗 Parking Parking is limited to 2 designated parking spaces. No boat or trailer parking is allowed in Tan-Tar-A Estates.

  Guests have full private access to the entire lower-level bungalow, including the cozy interior living space, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and the large private deck overlooking the forest. The home is accessed by walking down the exterior steps through the wooded area to the entrance, offering a peaceful and secluded feel. Guests may also enjoy the two seasonal Tan-Tar-A Estates pools and all public Margaritaville amenities such as restaurants, bars, arcade, spa, bowling, and the indoor waterpark (hours and fees set by the resort). Parking for two vehicles is provided, and a digital guide with check-in instructions and access details will be sent prior to arrival.

  Getting around is easy from Willow & Wakes Bungalow. Located in the heart of Osage Beach, you’re just minutes from top restaurants, bars, golf courses, shopping, and Margaritaville attractions. Parking for two vehicles is provided, and the roads within Tan-Tar-A Estates are paved and easy to navigate. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, along with several local shuttle and taxi companies. If you plan to explore the lake, nearby marinas offer boat and jet ski rentals—giving you quick access to waterfront dining and popular coves. Whether traveling by car, boat, or ride service, everything you need is conveniently close.

Located inside the peaceful, wooded Tan-Tar-A Estates, this spot offers the best of both worlds—quiet, nature-filled surroundings with quick access to the incredible amenities at Margaritaville Lake Resort, including dining, bars, spa services, arcade, bowling, and the indoor waterpark (hours and fees controlled by the resort). Guests are just minutes from some of the lake’s most iconic restaurants and bars, both by car and boat, such as Dog Days Bar & Grill, Backwater Jacks, Redhead Lakeside Grill, Shorty Pants Lounge, and JB Hooks. The area is packed with activities including golf courses, boat rentals, marinas, hiking trails, boutique shopping, the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace, wineries, and live entertainment venues. Whether you're here to relax, explore, dine, or spend your days on the water, this central Osage Beach location puts you close to everything the lake has to offer.
