The home is accessed by walking down the exterior steps through the wooded area to the entrance, offering a peaceful and secluded feel. Guests may also enjoy the two seasonal Tan-Tar-A Estates pools and all public Margaritaville amenities such as restaurants, bars, arcade, spa, bowling, and the indoor waterpark (hours and fees set by the resort). PETS APPROVAL PRIOR TO STAY REQUIRED: Pets are welcome with advance approval only on a case by case basis and must meet the following conditions: a maximum of two pets, each weighing 25 pounds or less, with current vaccination and registration records provided prior to arrival. A $25 per pet, per night fee applies. Pets must never be left unattended in the unit, and guests are required to clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Failure to disclose a pet, bring an unapproved pet, or violate these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of all funds paid, and an additional $500 pet cleaning fee. Please be sure to register your pet in advance for review and approval. NON-SMOKING/VAPING: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property, including both the interior and exterior areas such as decks, patios, and outdoor spaces. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and electronic devices. If any signs of smoking or vaping are found during or after your stay—such as odors, residue, or damage—an automatic $500 cleaning and remediation fee will be charged to the guest to restore the property to our clean air standard. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. This property observes strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. No parties or events are permitted at any time. If a noise complaint is received, guests will receive one warning. If a security technician is required to respond to the property after this warning, a $250.00 fee will be charged. Repeated violations or failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund. Please respect the home, the neighborhood, and fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum. NO BOAT OR TRAILER PARKING: The HOA has a strict rule of no boat or trailer parking and will charge a $250.00 fine if you attempt to park a boat or trailer in the community. You will be charged this fine. Additionally, you will be subject to towing and fees. Please make arrangements at nearby marinas or state park areas to park trailer.
