The Vineland Cottage is a charming circa 1860’s heritage vacation home. Surrounded by vineyards and minutes from the towns of Wellington and Hillier, pristine sand beaches and dunes, and beautiful biking roads, this heritage “County” home is a prime four-season rental destination to pamper you, your family and friends.

A large, newly renovated eat-in kitchen with all appliances, utensils, and a dish-washer is ideal for preparing both intimate soirées and group dinners.
The main floor is an open concept with wide pine plank floors, and beyond the kitchen is a games area with a round table and a large collection of games. The living room has a wood-burning stove and a flat screen TV. There is a side porch with a lovely seating area and a gas barbeque. The large yard has a garden with seating, as well as a beautiful pergola. It is a perfect outdoor setting for casual summer entertaining, al fresco dining or special events.
Also on the main floor is a renovated bathroom. On the second level there are four bedrooms, all with plank pine floors and country décor. One bedroom has a queen size bed and three have double beds. High quality linens and towels are used throughout, changed weekly. There is also a newly renovated half bathroom.
The living room also serves as a casual entertainment venue with its flat screen television, DVD player, CD player audio system and the added warmth of a wood stove.
There is also high speed internet.
For added convenience the Vineland Cottage house provides full laundry facilities with a stackable washer and dryer. Relax in a country setting in style; with expanses of lawn and a large natural cut stone patio and garden, large lot with a pergola, and fire pit, great for casual summer entertaining or al fresco dining at any time of the day or night. A magical way to savour sunsets or watch the stars at night!
