The flat offers a breathtaking south-facing balcony with a 180-degree view towards Celerina, St. Moritz and the Roseg Valley, where peace and relaxation are guaranteed. Inside you will find a cosy living room with a comfortable couch, a TV armchair, TV and an additional sleeping possibility with a comfortable foldaway bed. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and offers enough space for cosy get-togethers with a dining table for 4 people. A large double bedroom with beds measuring 90x210 cm provides enough space for taller guests to stretch out. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities, a washbasin and WC. The outdoor area boasts a furnished balcony that invites you to linger in the sun or under the stars. A bicycle and ski storage room as well as a shared washing machine are available in the house for your equipment for your activities. If you are travelling by car, you can also rent a parking space in the underground car park. The surrounding area leaves nothing to be desired. There is a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away, from where you can reach the region's major ski areas without having to change buses. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and excursion options, such as impressive paths over mountains or through the Upper Engadine lake district, are also easily accessible.
