Sunset & sea view studio-2 was renovated on 2021 and consists of an open plan bedroom with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The studio offers its own balcony with marvelous views of the sea and the sunset. The studio offers a double bed (160
200) and a couch which can be converted to a double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, pans, plates etc. There are also a mini fridge and a stove.

Kato Gouves (or simply known as Gouves) is a popular holiday resort located 18km east of Heraklion, in the foothills of mount Ederi. In contrary to the neighboring crowded resorts Malia and Hersonissos, Gouves offers peaceful holidays, ideal for families with children and elderly people.
