    To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please follow the following rules: Night peace: - No parties. Please respect noise levels from 22:00 to 06:00. - Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. For any violation of these rules, a fine of € 750 will be imposed, along with the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. - Late departure: must be approved in advance, including a fee of 25€. - Earlz arrival: We can provide an early arrival for a fee: arrival 10:00 to 12:00: 50€, arrival at 13:00: 20€ - KEY Loss and their processing: Loss of keys results in a fine of € 100 for replacement of the lock, new keys and related costs. If the keys are not returned, the fine of € 50 is imposed due to the inconvenience caused by the cleaning and management. - Damage and additional costs: Any damages in the apartment will be charged on the basis of the actual expenses and an hourly rate of 25€ per time required to be resolved. Your cooperation is highly appreciated to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests :)
