    We require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form & House Terms & Lease within 24 hours of booking. These forms are sent as a link immediately after booking to both the venue message. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. If forms are not complete within the 24 hour period NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel booking reservation. Primary Booking Guest must be 23 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property. Primary guest is responsible for all guests. This property has multiple houses and an Event Venue. We can host larger parties and events with housing accommodations up to approx. 16 and events up to 300 guests. There is an additional Event Fee and the Venue will need to be booked separately. Please reach out if you are interested in booking the entire compound and all properties. You can also book the entire compound through your platform by searching Zebra Compound. We do allow guests to use the Gym & Game Room if available and if no formal event or scheduled use is in progress, including but not limited to: practices, formal events, repair, etc.. These are shared spaces for any guest renting the property and as such no single guest has access. Per STR contract there are time limits on use & liability that must be followed. OFF-LIMIT AREAS - STABLES, ANY AREAS PAST ENTRANCE TO GYM, & MAIN HOUSE. THIS IS FOR SAFETY & PRIVACY. THESE AREAS HAVE ANIMALS, INCLUDING AN OLDER DOG. THE DOG IS FRIENDLY AND VOCAL BUT TENDS TO ACT AS A PROTECTOR IN THESE AREAS. Enjoy a Split air conditioner and heat for year-round comfort. The 50" smart TV offers access to Netflix, Roku, and other streaming platforms—please note there is no cable service. The kitchen includes a portable two-burner Electric built in Stove We have a large, vocal but friendly dog on the property—he’s a great protector! We also have 2 other airbnbs on this 10 acre property if you need more accommodations.
