The town of Washago is 5 minutes away down Brady Street. This cute town offers a local grocery store, ice cream parlour, Home Hardware, 2 restaurants, an LCBO, bakery/ cafe, and a public park area for kids + beach! You are so close to many amenities with a full cottage feel all to yourself! Access to everything by car. Road right into the cottage is paved and plowed. Parking is free in the town of Washago. Can also boat to many areas as well with full access to larger lakes - Sparrow Lake and Lake Couchiching from the Severn River which the cottage is located on. Large dock on property for boat parking as well. Parking at cottage can fit up to 6 vehicles.
